Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 時隔一段日子,又有機會來到美中鴨子啦!將軍澳新開這間分店人龍真多,六時多就在App拿位,等了大概45分鐘才能入座呢⋯同行四人就點了一個套餐,比較划算。首先前菜有清新柚子沙律,份量也不少,柚子加上沙律醋醬非常醒胃呢!另外就是青蔥麻香雞,雞肉挺嫩滑的,而且非常入味,麻辣的感覺很過癮。再來就是上海大碗雲吞鴨湯,侍應一早分好再逐碗上,總共有四碗四隻餃子,還多了一碗淨湯。略嫌湯比較重味精味,雲吞也就不過不失。而鴨肉就比想像中好,挺嫩滑有濃郁鴨味。這碟北京宮爆蝦球個人非常喜愛。 蝦球的size非常大之外,質地也很爽口彈牙呢。炸粉不會太厚,配上甜甜的醬汁美味非常!接著就是主角啦— 烤北京填鴨(半隻),每人大約分到三至四件,其實已經很足夠。烤鴨的皮和肉是分開上的,可以自由配搭。外皮香脆但油而不膩,肉質鮮嫩有嚼勁! 而薄餅皮是剛剛蒸好的熱騰騰,非常薄身! 一口包著鴨子、青瓜、京蔥和片皮鴨醬汁,真的是大滿足啊!最後是茶樹菇小豆苗。豆苗很新鮮嫩綠,配上上湯讓人吃著很舒服的感覺。總括而言,四人餐的份量不少,吃著吃著都非常飽足,整體不錯呢!
