近來出外吃飯,多有意外驚喜。是鋪租平了嗎?抑或是遊客少了,大家變回許久以前,用心做食物,合理定價呢?隨意走進Carpaccio ,隨心點的炭烤Napoletana pizza($115) , 大大份,mozzarella烤融了,伴着咸香的olive and anchovy,是絕配,pizza 皮又薄又脆,充滿炭香,十分味美。Pesto linguine 比較奇異,應是把青豆角拍扁,配薯仔煑成綠色的湯,浸着linguine 吃,雖然有點watery , 但味道無得彈,豆還嫰綠鮮脆,薯仔粒入口竟然爽脆,讓我想起炒土豆的滋味, linguine 沒因湯汁變輭,也是彈牙,湯汁更不容錯過,充滿豆香,我一啖不留。Grilled veggie ($98) 也絕不欺塲,烤蕃茄露荀大mushroom zucchini eggplant 配黑醋, 正。吃得快意,決定試埋甜品,cream brulee ($65)又是大件夾好吃 , 更是擺設精美,那茶杯cream brulee ,面是焦糖燉蛋,下面應是咖啡味mousse,十分香滑十分好味,原來不錯的chocolate gelato ($35)被不幸比下去。
