To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 打邊爐，埋單過百係基本吧。喺香港，想食平價嘅邊爐鍋，「大大大大大」字頭嗰兩間快餐店，就係當中嘅選擇。大家樂嘅邊爐喎，其實都是第一次食，平時見晚飯時間，很多人排隊點這個邊爐，$79的確係好抵，於是就試一試。雖然是廉價火鍋，但其實都很窩心，有專人上菜給你。雖然是一人一鍋，但這個喎明顯比吉野家的牛肉鍋大，兩個人打邊爐絕對冇問題（野食分量就只夠一人前）。佢哋嘅肥牛，還可以吧，只是切得有點厚，應該是最下價嘅肥牛。佢哋嘅野菜，種類繁多，雖然每樣菜嘅份量都比較細，但一人份量，勉強夠食。佢哋嘅肉，比較比較柔韌，口感一般。佢哋嘅墨魚滑，口感有啲膠，相信係用一啲雪藏好耐嘅墨魚打出嘅。比較貼心嘅，係佢哋即使一人一鍋，都送上了炸魚皮，老實說，魚皮好硬，但$79有咁豐富嘅嘢食，性價比算唔錯㗎啦。食平民餐，有時價錢決定一切，野食味道雖然很一般，但CP 值高，可以滿足打邊爐既欲望。
