To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叫左個燒味四寶飯,連綠茶$55。。。雖然都知道係快餐,但估唔到有新出品豉油湯飯,飯本來就濕都淋淋淋,再加上豉油當係湯咁落,非常難食。。。。連個飯都煮唔好,做乜嘢飲食業呢。。。。

吓,我今次嚟到呢間大家樂,真係冇預咗會咁有驚喜喎!🥳 開頭嗰份鐵板雞扒,啱啱好嘅焦香,面層微微帶啲脆,啖啖肉感真係夠晒咬口。雞肉本身滑嫩,仲保持咗肉汁,一啖落去,真係"優惠"咁撈埋個醬汁,絲絲入扣,呢個味道簡直係"撈齊"!👍🏼跟住嚟個豬肉餐包,外層嘅麵包韌韌地,撕開一啲,熱氣騰騰嘅,微鹹嘅豬肉香味即刻湧出嚟,伴隨住啲煎薄豬肉腍得剛剛好,一啖咬落去,嘩,塔汁流埋嚟,完美嘅“傾斜角度”。最後,個菠蘿沙律嘢非咁簡單!啲菠蘿鮮甜得嚟好Juicy,混埋咗啲蛋沙律同幾片生菜,入面仲夾住啲粒粒核桃,嚟個口感層次分明,真係正到"爆燈"!整體嚟講,味道、份量同埋感覺都得嘅,平平地一餐卻食得咁開心,大家樂你都做得好好嘅!

打邊爐,埋單過百係基本吧。喺香港,想食平價嘅邊爐鍋,「大大大大大」字頭嗰兩間快餐店,就係當中嘅選擇。大家樂嘅邊爐喎,其實都是第一次食,平時見晚飯時間,很多人排隊點這個邊爐,$79的確係好抵,於是就試一試。雖然是廉價火鍋,但其實都很窩心,有專人上菜給你。雖然是一人一鍋,但這個喎明顯比吉野家的牛肉鍋大,兩個人打邊爐絕對冇問題(野食分量就只夠一人前)。佢哋嘅肥牛,還可以吧,只是切得有點厚,應該是最下價嘅肥牛。佢哋嘅野菜,種類繁多,雖然每樣菜嘅份量都比較細,但一人份量,勉強夠食。佢哋嘅肉,比較比較柔韌,口感一般。佢哋嘅墨魚滑,口感有啲膠,相信係用一啲雪藏好耐嘅墨魚打出嘅。比較貼心嘅,係佢哋即使一人一鍋,都送上了炸魚皮,老實說,魚皮好硬,但$79有咁豐富嘅嘢食,性價比算唔錯㗎啦。食平民餐,有時價錢決定一切,野食味道雖然很一般,但CP 值高,可以滿足打邊爐既欲望。

臨近11點來食早餐,叫咗個蜜糖雞扒煎雙蛋,➕3蚊轉左餐包,唔係假期嘅話,好快就有了,不過塊雞扒就嚴重縮水囉,好心你冇雞扒就停咗佢啦,真係肉酸啲囉!細到咁嘅樣⋯⋯有圖有真相!⋯⋯

星期日早上,瞓晏左起身,心諗屋企附近茶餐廳都未必有位,所以最後決定去附近快餐店食個早餐,去到估唔到仲有啲位,立即就去排隊買份早餐先,叫左份雞扒炒滑蛋,再加杯熱奶茶。今次份早餐塊雞扒都算幾大塊,加上夠厚,連埋個汁食落味道都不錯,而炒滑蛋大家樂水準一向都唔錯,蛋炒得滑之餘,蛋再加上蔥花,變得味道無咁單調,還有一片已烘的多士,塗上牛油,熱辣辣令到牛油立即滲入,好香口,飲埋杯奶茶,一份簡單的早餐已經好滿足。
