上次食過PHI Coffee & Pancake 山頂的分店，一直都想再次回味呀！今次經開中環，就去食多次啦！中環分店裝飾好Fancy ，以獨角獸為主題，好適合女仔去打卡影相呀！餐廳入面每枱都叫梳乎厘，當然要試吓啦！跟Godiva cross-over 的朱古力梳乎厘配Brownies，梳乎厘質地輕盈柔軟，入口即刻融化，每啖都充滿濃郁的Godiva朱古力味道。此外，Brownies口感紮實，亦帶有濃厚的朱古力味，對於愛玩小生朱古力控，實在非常滿足。Lotus海鹽焦糖法式吐司則是另一道小食，焗得金黃香脆的法式吐司，淋滿濃郁的Lotus焦糖醬，甜而不膩，值得一試。香濃龍蝦扁意粉採用新鮮龍蝦肉與濃郁的奶油番茄醬煮成。龍蝦切成粒狀，肉質鮮嫩，而扁意粉彈牙滑溜，配上蒜末、洋蔥和香草，層次豐富！最後，愛玩小生認為餐廳的特飲：綿綿獨角獸沙冰，打卡之餘，亦很好飲！佈滿綿花糖粒在沙杯面上，七彩繽紛，微微甜味，不錯呀！
