To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚約咗個朋友食飯，佢話呢間初見已經bookmark咗一段日子，想同我一齊去試下😀平日夜晚七點零鐘去到都幾多人排隊😯呢個位置唔算繁華但都吸引到咁多人黎，令我多左一份期待😬我叫左個初見特選蟹皇刺身丼，朋友叫左個味噌湯野菜豆腐鍋少飯～初見特選蟹皇刺身丼係餐牌推薦既菜式，用個蟹蓋裝住啲配料，賣相吸👀 (甚至靚過幅圖片😆)蟹肉好鮮甜👍 我平時唔係特別中意食蟹膏，但佢既蟹膏非常濃郁好食！！😋 帶子新鮮肥美，底下既飯仲加左啲味素，真係好似置身日本咁，愈食愈開胃👏朋友既味噌鍋湯底係用左比較清淡既味噌，就算蛙蛙菜呢啲索汁既配料煮耐左都唔會話太鹹👍其實呢個鍋既配料非常豐富🎉 除左蛙娃菜同豆腐之外，仲有椰菜，冬菇，鴻喜菇，竹輪卷，蒟蒻，芋絲等等😁豆腐既豆香味勁重！應該用左日本來貨靚野👍👍啲菇都好鮮甜，雖然呢個鍋比較偏向似素食，不過都食到好滿足😋埋單仲唔駛加一👏 已經諗好左下次要試下個原隻軟殼🦀反卷，鹹蛋黃🍟同香草吉列🐮 🙊
