早前在Facebook 看見主題餐廳的介紹,對其中一間以八哥做主題的餐廳比較有興趣,今天咁啱又經過尖沙咀,反正要搵食就去八哥試下,見佢裡面裝潢企理新凈,環境空間又好闊落咁,感覺應該都幾舒適,愛八哥嘅人應該要黎試!個田園沙律配意大利黑醋會燒春雞幾抵食,金黃色嘅半隻雞燒得幾靚,雞食落唔乾唔嚡口,雞肉冇雪味夠嫩滑,沙律配意大利黑醋汁微酸味道夠開胃,好一個飯前前菜另外叫左巴馬火腿香草醬意粉同香煎豬安扒配忌廉芥末汁,巴馬火腿香草醬意粉傳統亦很簡單,咸香的火腿夾雜香草醬令人很開胃,再加上煙韌的扁意粉,水準也不俗算是經典煎豬安扒配忌廉芥末汁,豬安外層煎得金黃色,七成熟最嫩滑多汁豬鞍扒厚厚,賣相0k,肉質食落非常鬆軟,入口肉嫩汁豐,而且醃得好入味,帶煙熏香氣,加上醬汁口感不錯

個田園沙律配意大利黑醋會燒春雞幾抵食,金黃色嘅半隻雞燒得幾靚,雞食落唔乾唔嚡口,雞肉冇雪味夠嫩滑,沙律配意大利黑醋汁微酸味道夠開胃,好一個飯前前菜

另外叫左巴馬火腿香草醬意粉同香煎豬安扒配忌廉芥末汁,巴馬火腿香草醬意粉傳統亦很簡單,咸香的火腿夾雜香草醬令人很開胃,再加上煙韌的扁意粉,水準也不俗算是經典
煎豬安扒配忌廉芥末汁,豬安外層煎得金黃色,七成熟最嫩滑多汁豬鞍扒厚厚,賣相0k,肉質食落非常鬆軟,入口肉嫩汁豐,而且醃得好入味,帶煙熏香氣,加上醬汁口感不錯
