作為平時成日影相拍片的我,假期成日當然要黎鴨記(鴨寮街)尋寶啦!行到街道中段十字路口,發現一間小食店竟然仲係原條咁炸豬大腸,而唔係普遍舖頭咁切好串好曬落去炸,真係好少有,而其實炸大腸係原條炸先好味!一串炸大腸10蚊雞,有五塊,厚度不算厚,算一般,外皮脆卜卜,入面的「肉」因為無直接被油炸,所以仲系白色,軟綿綿,又容易咬開(串好炸嗰d咬到嘴抽筋都未咬得開),真正外脆內軟!正!
