To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近日要去港島上堂，8點幾放梗係搵下附近有咩好西。喺openrice見到呢間人氣唔錯嘅冰室，特登搭兩個站嚟試下，點知一試停唔到，兩個月嘅課程，8堂嚟左4次，足以證明我有幾鍾意食，仲每次食一樣嘅🤣🤣佢嘅好食之處係佢個全日常餐同一般茶餐廳冰室唔同，雖然近年都有好多特式質素好嘅特餐常餐，但都係算大路嘅，而佢特別之處就有酸辣／麻辣魚湯雞片米線🤤🤤🤤，蔥花炒蛋，丹麥多士😍😍🤤🤤。痴線！呢個組合我真係太鍾意啦，仲要好鬼好味囉！！冰室你唔好期望坐得舒服，但職員都好好服務，會主動幫你調位，後生仔好體貼，呢個加分!雖然我每次都情有獨鍾食佢個常餐，但佢其他野食都好有水準，因為朋友點左其他餐，都話好好味，我見到隔離枱個焗豬飯超靚仔，好大份，果啲甚麼一哥焗豬飯都要行埋一邊，下次會試下佢🤭🤭！
