香港食到大阪燒嘅地方唔多,有時想食就會去銅鑼灣 Hungry Monkey今次去見到佢哋有二人餐,抵食之餘又可以儲 Asia Miles,即刻 order一份本身套餐冇包嘢飲,但嚟呢啲居酒屋feel嘅餐廳,點都要叫返杯辣酒東風螺-好中式嘅前菜,東風螺煮到好入味,辣度唔算勁,一般人都接受到,辣嘅食物真係越食越過癮青蘋果蟹籽沙律-食蟹籽沙律就勾起食日本菜嘅回憶,但佢唔係用青瓜絲,改用青蘋果絲,一樣咁爽口,但就多咗一份酸甜,開胃好食唐陽南國鳳尾-亦即係炸雞尾,用炸嘅方式好處係可以逼走雞尾嘅油粉,食落油膩感冇咁重,炸漿都好薄,咬落好脆口,送酒一流牛舌薄燒-用高溫嘅鐵板煎香薄切牛舌,再灑上蔥花同炸蒜,雖然係薄切牛舌,但脂肪感一樣爆燈,而且一啲都唔韌,應該係選用最靚嘅牛舌芯部份松葉蟹肉甲羅燒-甲羅燒通常都只係有蟹膏,今次混合埋蟹肉,口感更加豐富,而且配青瓜片一齊食,感覺更清新主角大阪燒上枱,裏面混合咗章魚粒,睇住師傅慢慢煎脆兩邊,再配上燒汁沙律醬木魚絲等,視覺享受已經滿分。入口表面嘅香脆同入邊嘅濕潤都做得非常平衡,可以自由加啲紅薑絲或者紫菜絲,變化出唔同嘅食法A5和牛坑腩炒飯-首先將和牛坑腩薄切,

A5和牛坑腩炒飯-首先將和牛坑腩薄切,煎到好脆,將逼出嚟嘅油攞嚟炒飯,所以成碟飯都充滿牛油香。鐵板炒飯嘅好處係飯都炒到好乾身,粒粒分明,加蔥花炸蒜一齊食又香又有口感

甜品係炸朱古力彈,炸彈係而家好流行嘅麻糬外皮,但入邊係流心古力醬,食嘅時候要小心,因為好熱,但就非常好食,兩粒有啲唔夠喉
