To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本身係附近番工 有意無意行過。見唔洗排隊就行左入去 午餐時間唔算好爆。老闆望落好後生同幾好禮貌 傾落發現原來佢係日本人。 佢介紹左我地食和風三文魚沙律定食同日式炸雞定食。 我地聽到冇得配飯 原本有啲抗拒。 但諗下飯平時都食得多 試下新野都無妨。 三文魚食落幾新鮮 冇雪味 蕎麥麵食得出係自己整 同平時啲粉麵好有分別。 除左係日本食過 冇諗過會係香港食到正宗既Soba 幾特別。炸雞係真心我食過咁多間餐廳入面 水準算高 係我心中有top 2 唔嚡咬落去又有汁。好少打食評 但呢間係真心唔錯, 老闆幾有心 送左杯咖啡俾我地飲。 希望佢繼續努力
