To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有日經過,諗住試下新野,就入左去。 Menu 上有好多都未食過,所以就叫左老闆過黎問下有咩推介。老闆係日本人但廣東話好流利,幾好禮貌,最緊要冇西面,佢話佢地主打食home made蕎麥麵同烏冬,於是我地叫左個天婦羅同沖繩豬排加熱烏冬同凍蕎麥麵試下。對上一次食soba應該就係係日本,因為係香港真係食唔番果種口感。 天婦羅食落係幾正宗, at least唔係用千年油炸出黎既感覺。 豬扒好大塊,食落幾嫩。蕎麥麵同烏冬都幾有口感,幾滑,好少可係香港食到咁既感覺。整體黎講都算唔錯,對得住佢既價錢。at least冇味精食完冇眼訓,冇口渴既感覺。唔會好似食茶餐廳咁,好似求其塞d野入肚又趕住走咁。
