天氣咁凍最啱就係打邊爐近排越嚟越流行粥底海鮮火鍋但同行朋友就唔多喜好粥底就揀左依間可以揀椰子雞湯底既海鮮火鍋比起一般既火鍋店環境唔算大所以坐落都有少少迫無櫈可以擺袋總共有八款海鮮有兩款貝類係固定左其實有肉蟹同活魚可以揀但怕食起上黎好麻煩所以主要揀左貝殼類既海鮮鮑魚、扇貝、蟶子王、蠔、刀貝同油貝指定嘅貝類應該係沙白蜆同埋花甲首先食左個椰子文昌雞先二人份量有半隻雞湯底有唔少椰子仲有竹笙同馬蹄雞肉比想像中嫩滑但唔算啖啖肉椰子湯本身應該有雞湯底調味飲落幾足味但就油左少少重點當然係佢既海鮮蜆食落有一兩隻有沙其他食落都算新鮮當中以蟶子王同鮑魚比較鮮甜最後仲揀左六款火鍋配料萵筍、美國牛肉、魚皮餃、牛丸、手打墨魚丸同日式烏冬味道就正正常常但牛丸就麻麻份量都幾少每人每樣三片/三粒如果唔加野既話男人應該食唔飽

首先食左個椰子文昌雞先

湯底有唔少椰子仲有竹笙同馬蹄
雞肉比想像中嫩滑但唔算啖啖肉
椰子湯本身應該有雞湯底調味
飲落幾足味但就油左少少
重點當然係佢既海鮮
蜆食落有一兩隻有沙
其他食落都算新鮮
當中以蟶子王同鮑魚比較鮮甜
最後仲揀左六款火鍋配料
萵筍、美國牛肉、魚皮餃、
牛丸、手打墨魚丸同日式烏冬
味道就正正常常但牛丸就麻麻
份量都幾少每人每樣三片/三粒
如果唔加野既話男人應該食唔飽
