Openrice見到有新壽喜燒餐廳,所以早兩日同朋友一齊去試。裝修光猛新淨,師傅都好有心咁介紹唔同嘅肉部位俾我哋認識。朋友揀咗日本A4和牛Omakase 午餐($580),而我唔食牛就揀咗來自北海道嘅四元豚,第一次聽呢個名,但係味道真係唔錯,冇乜豬嘅腥臭味,而且肉味濃郁之餘亦好有咬口,絕對值得一試。最得意嘅係佢哋除咗提供蘭王蛋俾我哋點肉食之外,亦俾咗一款叫無菌蛋,外表好似泡沫咁嘅生蛋俾我哋點肉食,喺香港好似未見過好得意。整體份量好足夠,除咗邊食肉有白飯配襯之外,最尾亦有雞蛋蓋飯熱辣辣咁奉上令人好滿足。估唔到嘅係呢間餐廳會用日本古董刨冰機同日本富士山清麗水做刨冰作甜品,遲啲再凍啲想同朋友再嚟食晚飯,性價比嚟講算好高!
