To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自從在or上發現這間餅店,便被她賣相精美的蛋糕深深吸引。今次便趁生日來這裏嚐叫蛋糕當下午茶。走進店內,面積比想像中小。店內只有吧台位,要坐正常高度的位便要出到露天位。餅櫃內放滿蛋糕,見熱情果青檸蛋白撻($48)只剩下一件,猶豫了一會點了。另外點了一件海鹽焦糖馬卡龍($18),友人點了杯cuppacinno,食物以精緻的木盤盛起,別具格調。拍完一輪的照片後,先試蛋白撻。坦白說完全吃不到青檸味,原本預期這個撻會甜中帶酸,但結果是毫無酸味,唯一吃到的是蛋白撻應有的甜味。餅底夠脆,底部用糖漿黏緊金色卡紙,增加了食用的困難和令蛋白撻更甜。整個撻味道上缺乏層次,降低了享用的樂趣,有點失望。馬卡龍反而比預期中出色,賣相收貨,外層雖做得不夠脆,但咬下糯口,亦不是死甜的那種,味道上能平衡,友人即使怕甜亦喜歡的馬卡龍。Cuppacinno 則無甚特別,奶泡上的可可粉可以洒得更均勻吧!最後得多謝友人慷慨請客。
