中環呢間Sukiyaki 壽喜燒 saved左好耐🤤 Dinner $680 pp我地兩款牛和豚肉都有叫!舞茸啫喱蒸蛋,伴菜和魷魚仔,聖誕好特別不過我都係鍾意平時日式蒸蛋多啲🥱師傅會一路煮一路同客人介紹唔同部位,但係侍應嘅態度非常麻麻,成程都冇咩反應🙄 師傅會用上砂糖,清酒同埋秘製嘅收喜燒汁你煮牛肉同豬肉,另外白飯可以任添!🥩牛肉是A4 近江和牛,分別包括左肉眼,西冷,上下牛肩,師傅會由淡味煮到濃味,牛肉油脂分佈平均,煮到七成熟之後可以先試一啖肉,之後點上蛋汁同埋配白飯食係一流🤤 最鍾意食牛肩部份因為未到最濃!另外追加牛舌$100,個人覺得唔係十分特別可加🉑️不加!🍖好少人叫豬肉不過豬肉都認真唔錯!沒有牛肉咁多肉汁油脂不過同樣嫩滑師傅會用剩低嘅受喜燒汁同牛肉汁煮菜,例如蒟蒻,洋蔥,大蔥,冬菇,豆腐,啲菜吸收灑啲汁食落好入味最正係最後滑蛋牛肉飯和甜品🍮 滑蛋是日本蛋,同牛肉一齊融為一體,送飯好好味😆 甜品係燉奶,同樣好有驚喜📍Sukiyaki Mori, Sheung Wan💰~$800pp ⭐️7.5/10 (Food 8/10 but service-0.5)
