朋友介紹我來呢間餐廳,佢話食過幾抵食。食川茶菜的,我少食既,當無係試下。有水煮桂花魚廚師用料十足,材料用足全條桂花魚,魚身上灑滿辣椒、花椒粒、花椒粉、莞茜等爆香,迫出陣陣油香,味道滲入魚肉,魚肉非常嫩滑。除了確保魚肉能保持熱之外,更能令油香被魚肉吸收,麻辣味十足。川醬爆臘肉-用辣椒、青椒及花椒粒爆香後再加入臘肉臘肉炒得香脆煙靭,味道偏重身帶咸味麻辣水鵝腸 鵝腸肉嫩滑,爽口彈牙,異常醒胃尖椒爆肺片 - 用青辣椒和紅辣椒小炒牛肚片,牛肚嫩滑,牛肚佈滿香濃辣椒味,辣度適中,辣椒都易入口。侍應好有心機介紹每度菜既特色,我覺得不是太辣,原來問番係廚師整少左辣比我啊
