打風先黎落雨,唔通連個天都想我出街食?收工仲掛緊三號波但無阻同朋友嘅飯聚,朋友又去完日本旅行,大家相約老銅飯聚順便拎手信,所以食中菜就最啱了。呢度雖然位處銅鑼灣,但食物價錢非常親民!柚蜜炸蝦球。醬汁味道略酸偏甜柚子味好清香,炸皮好薄所以唔吸油,加上蝦仁大大粒又爽口。雖為油器但不油膩。和風炒飯。炒得乾身所以飯粒食落彈牙,調味用上照燒汁之類嘅醬料,味道唔會好重/咸(雖然睇落好濃味)春卷。炸得好香口同乾身,入面嘅蝦肉餡調味重啲啲,平衡返春卷皮清淡嘅味道。蒜苗蒸勝瓜。雖然用左幾多蒜泥鋪面,但味道唔嗆。勝瓜本身好甜加上少少上湯調味,好好食。同埋唔可以錯過墊底嘅金針菇,佢吸收晒勝瓜同蒜香味,入味非常。厚切叉燒。色澤紅潤肥瘦相間,蜜糖上色得均勻,一睇就知道係靚叉燒。入口肉嫩多汁仲有少少燶邊,就正正係燶左嘅部分增添左叉燒嘅口感同味道,正。有時食飯唔需要大魚大肉嘅,同朋友簡簡單單食個飯就係生活中的小確幸。
