最近找到一間7、80年代香港情懷為主題的雞煲火鍋店。一入餐廳就聽到那些年的樂曲，配合霓虹燈招牌、一系列舊物擺設，就感覺回到過去。在這樣一個環境下食雞煲感覺份外滋味。環境懷舊，食物卻充滿創意。雞煲的配搭十分多樣，當中最深印象的是榴槤雞煲。不過我還是選擇了比較啱口味的廣島蠔雞煲，一打開煲蓋入面便有一隻隻鮮甜肥美的廣島蠔，配合秘製雞煲醬，份外鮮甜和惹味。至於雞肉呢？每塊雞肉都很入味！食完雞煲記得要打埋邊爐。又點少得牛肉呢？如果喜歡一次過品嚐不同質感、部位的牛肉，就一定要選牛肉拼盤啦！因為當中有比較少見的牛胸油，帶點油香入口爽彈。其他還有牛舌手切本地牛等等，牛肉新鮮軟嫩。其他火鍋食材，就推介比較特別的和有驚喜的餃子，就是即製鳳尾鮮蝦餃，原隻鮮蝦放入餃子內食起來更有鮮味。最後再飲番杯鹹檸七就夠晒爽呀！
