每個星期都會嚟港鐵尖東站L3出口,畀彌敦道、中間道、漢口道、北京道順住東南西北圍住嘅九龍酒店倚窗閣嘆宵夜自助餐。第一鍾意佢交通方便,對於唔識揸車嘅我嚟講,從夜晚十點食到十二點都唔怕冇車返屋企;第二鍾意佢價錢合理仲時有優惠,通常每位計埋單二百零二蚊,同樣價錢要响任何稍有質素嘅西餐廳食個SET DINNER幾乎不可能。言歸正傳,自從闊別此地接近一個月,我又嚟幫襯。由於今晚嘅中湯唔得掂嘅關係,一向無湯不歡嘅我轉飲呢個意大利蔬菜湯,今次已經係接連第二次見到呢個湯出現,在此之前幫襯咗幾十次都冇見過佢。呢個湯之好處係用料足、菜夠稔、酸味夠、蔬味出,最重要係佢唔係果啲單憑罐頭番茄膏做底味嘅慳時間製作。食過咁多次,呢度嘅西湯總係擺出豆蓉、南瓜之類何其飽肚嘅款式,試問對於嚟食自助餐嘅人嚟講又點會吸引呢?此所以呢個將西湯常用意大利蔬菜湯嘅做法我就十分支持嘞!上次食評讚完呢度嘅中湯經常正爆之後,勢估唔到今晚佢就出事嘞!原本濃郁如阿媽親煲嘅中湯,今晚唔知咩事變得水汪汪咁稀咗淡味咗好多!縱然隔籬檯有位貌似吃素為主嘅姑娘前前後後我睇住佢起碼連隊十幾碗仲要食埋湯渣,我都係飲幾啖就放棄咗佢,期待下次幫襯佢可以做返原來
