To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔向來都係快靚正之選，當然有好多米線都係比佢好，但係考慮埋品質管理既穩定性同埋食物質素，其實可以做到呢個規模係幾勁。今日又係尖東做完野，一條友唔想花太多錢又想坐得安樂同食得ok，結果黎左幸福中心既譚仔三哥，叫左兩個小食同米線。小食揀左兩款，通常都係揀土匪雞翼，不過今次見佢做promotion，就試下新野。都係麻辣為主，黑木衣、豬耳，幾好味，唔食得辣可以揀無咁辣。呢個米線就揀左三哥酸辣。餸都係個啲，每個人都有自己心目中既配撘。
