中秋節又係姊妹團圓的時候,所以我地一班為食姊妹又出動去食好西,去尖沙咀金馬倫道33號The Cameron 1樓102號舖的一間叫《彤》的餐廳食Omakasa。Omakaso即係餐牌由廚師發辦,我地坐定定係到等驚喜,享受食物!我最喜鍾意個秋刀魚壽司,熊海老壽司,北海道產鱈魚白子和富良野赤肉蜜瓜。秋刀魚壽司,廚師將新鮮的秋刀魚切一小小格,點上醬汁,令醬汁更容易黏附在魚身,表面一層銀色魚皮好有光澤,獨特的秋刀魚味配上蔥花,味道一絕!熊海老壽司,隻蝦有2隻手指咁肥😍成隻大蝦切開一半,再包入壽司飯,啖啖蝦肉放入口,蝦肉鮮甜又彈牙,好味😋北海道產鱈魚白子,魚既精子做咗岩鹽嘅鹽燒,好creamy既口感,大廚將白子燒到表面微焦,所以食到有咸香味。白子的油脂感比較重,所以怕油膩的,可以加檸檬汁一齊食,口感會比較清爽。富良野赤肉蜜瓜,呢個蜜瓜冇得輸,蜜瓜多汁,味道清甜,口感清爽。
