一直以來也想試九龍區的廚師發板,今次到了亞士厘道的樓上店鮨見一試,由日本師傅主理。店舖不算太,bar枱就只有8個位,另加一枱4人枱。午市有3個選擇,包括$488櫻、$688春及$888見,包前菜、茶碗蒸、壽司、湯、甜品。我點了$688另有海膽杯。整頓午餐我也十分欣賞,用料新鮮,很喜歡點了醬汁的壽司,非常鮮味。師傅也會告訴我們每一件是什麼,塗了什麼汁料。海膽杯非常震撼,甘香奶滑,回味無窮!魚湯也相當好味。
