To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日睇完戲去左搵野食,見到呢間上海婆婆336都有唔少人,就決定入去食嘢啦。睇左下餐牌,我哋叫左啲點心,前菜,主菜同拉麵。點心我哋叫左上海小籠包(4隻),迷你炸饅頭(4隻)同流心椰汁小煎堆(3粒)。呢幾樣都好快上枱,熱辣辣咁,小籠包好爆汁,皮薄餡靚,點個汁食好好食。炸饅頭有四粒,雖然就話迷你,但點埋煉奶都一樣咁好食。最後個小煎堆好出色,食落爆餡,唔會太甜,但椰汁味好香。我哋叫左個前菜雞絲拌粉皮,都係一貫嘅味道,凍得嚟又好好食。主菜我哋叫左蝦籽豆腐面筋煲,上到枱出晒煙,豆腐同面筋吸晒啲汁,食落好香口,一件接一件。最後仲有碗酸辣湯拉麵,酸酸辣辣咁好開胃,麵嘅份量都唔少,食得好滿足。
