我依d 有時都幾奄尖既C9, 成日要食好野,又要睇賣樣🤣🤣今次因為老公話朋友黎試過真係好好食,所以極力推我黎食,如果唔係我都搵唔到依間珠珠😁先黎小食- 台灣黎既竹炭花生,好香口、脆卜卜依度有好多燘鍋揀,例如海鮮、牛、豬等等,但我依d貪得無厭既C9就當然揀自選燜鍋,可揀4款我地揀左豬腩片、美國安格斯牛柳粒、大腸、秀珍菇,醬就揀香辣鼓皇汁師傅拎出依個紅色大瓶,打開,原來所有材料都分層隔放入裡面。師傅先開爐,放一舊好似牛油既底油入鍋裡面。底油包含有藥材,然後師傅將瓶內每一層既材料放入鍋內。最下面一層蔬菜、再上一層係肉,下面既蔬菜蒸時散發水份調味料有酒、白胡椒、五香粉師博在旁攪拌醬,很「傑」,似啫哩狀,佢解釋係因為無水烹調,加入鍋後會有好多水份。聽到蔬菜滲出水份既「枝枝」聲,好期待最後加入莞茜再蒸先夾粒牛,嘩!剛才既調味已經裡裡外外進入左牛肉裡面。豬腸肥肥地,好彈牙,豬腸香,少少辣,怕辣既我都覺得好好食豬肉好林,好juicy底既配菜有蕃薯、紅椒、青椒、紅蘿蔔、芹菜、車厘茄、洋、紅棗、杞子...所以食材都保留返佢地原有既水份食到5成左右就加湯變涮涮鍋我地點左 蔬菜野菌拼盤、手工鵝肝蝦丸、手工牛肉

豬肉好林,好juicy


底既配菜有蕃薯、紅椒、青椒、紅蘿蔔、芹菜、車厘茄、洋、紅棗、杞子...
所以食材都保留返佢地原有既水份

食到5成左右就加湯變涮涮鍋

我地點左 蔬菜野菌拼盤、手工鵝肝蝦丸、
手工牛肉芝心丸同出前一丁


加左水後,原先既豬腸、豬肉等變左另一食法,但仍然入味,同埋另一風味


手工鵝肝蝦丸,真蝦肉打出黎,真材實料,超彈牙,鵝肝係老公至愛
