尖沙咀有唔少新餐廳，咁啱去到The One見到呢間一人一鍋嘅餐廳，見天氣咁凍即刻入去試吓！餐廳有六款湯底可以揀，我同朋友分別揀咗蕃茄同昆布柴魚湯底，味道好清甜，用嚟煮牛肉啱晒！🥰🟢美國特選級牛肩小排見到牛肩小排色澤咁靚，已經知道係靚嘢，一食落口亦冇失望，肉質好鮮嫩，牛味濃郁，食落亦唔會有渣！🫰🏻🟠尚青海陸套餐呢個套餐包左海鮮拼盤，有齊鯛魚、魷魚花捲、白蝦、干貝及蛤蠣咁多選擇。除左海鮮，仲有美國特選級牛上蓋肉，牛肉雪花分明，好好味！😋另外，套餐仲包埋拼盤，有粟米，冬菇等等！真係滿足曬所有🥰
