To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢日想坐低食個靚lunch，就揀咗間咖啡店～環境乾淨又坐得舒服，而食物質素都十分唔錯！🍳全日早餐 All Day Breakfast ($158)黎到café一定要食個all day😂 又大份又足料～最中意係麵包用咗sourdough，食落有嚼勁嘅口感🤤加上滑嫩嘅雞蛋，係一個好好嘅配搭～🍝煙肉忌廉蛋汁意粉 Best In Town Carbonara ($148)意粉好creamy，鹹味較重，個人好中意🤤蛋味都好濃郁，同忌廉加芝士融合，口感豐富～食落唔會覺得過膩，係值得recommend嘅卡邦尼意粉！☕️薄脆焦糖咖啡 Caffè Brulee ($54)呢個咖啡好特別，喺其他餐廳冇點見過～面層嘅焦糖香脆，同咖啡一齊飲帶點甜味好夾🤤
