新年食太多油膩野想返啲清淡少少,上網睇到有准陽菜私房菜就約埋朋友book位試下由於只有兩個人,所以都係以小食為主.四季豐料老火湯(需要一天前預約)主要以豬/雞同粟米熬成,非常濃厚而且無油係面,以一盅熱辣辣既湯開始今晚餐飯~.饞嘴烏雞爪第一次見烏雞雞腳,非常入味而且係無骨,可以見到店家既用心.油燜香荀微辣既香荀,完全無荀既臭味,哩個有驚喜呀.籽田貢菜係川味泡椒味,花椒味較重,鍾意食辣既朋友可以考慮哩一個小食.麻辣嗦螺係一個好送酒既小食,每一粒都好入味,食到後期越食越辣好過癮.揚州大煮幹絲店家推介既一味菜,上菜時發現原來係豆腐乾片成薄片再切成細絲,係一碟好考師傅既刀功,雞湯底完全無味精感,好新奇健康既菜式.松鼠魚尾菜單上無既隱藏菜式,因為係老闆新研發既菜式,店員推介決定一試,係一個驚豔既菜式,松鼠魚十分滑,完全無骨連細骨都無,配三色豆唔會搶左魚既鮮味,係成晚既亮點
