在香港覓食很少會碰到湖南菜,可能因為大部份人都覺得湖南菜一定好辣,不敢嘗試,所以不能普及,其實湖南菜都有不辣的。最近便在網上得知,這裏新開了一間湖南菜,今晚便專誠來到。幹鍋包菜回鍋肉$ 168,上枱的時候,侍應會將酒精爐點着,放在幹鍋下面加熱,這個做法跟大陸的一模一樣。腩肉比例平均,份量都不少。生煎豬肉包 (3個)$ 55,外表香脆,內裏肉仲豐富,加點香醋,更加惹味可口。大碗菜花炒臘肉$ 138,臘肉帶點煙燻的香氣,令到香脆爽口的大碗菜,味道更加豐富。茶茶(晚市)$16
