今日去咗尖沙咀食午飯,近近哋就到十三姨食新潮粉麵飯。下午1:30pm見店內已經坐滿了顧客,似乎都有好多國內遊客幫襯,好彩仲有一張四人枱,order咗一粉一飯一串燒散餐。牛肋條銀針粉湯底微微帶濃唔鹹幾好味,比我當係餐湯全部飲晒,放上炸乾蔥及蒜片,而銀針粉軟韌有口感,再加入幾條腸粉及粉皮,仲有芽菜仔同埋椰菜絲撈埋,令到整碗銀針粉口感複雜趣怪。而牛肋條炆得啱啱好兼牛肉味香濃無臊味,都有五舊細細嘅牛肉,溫泉蛋又嫩又滑非常易入口。大三元乾蔥手撕雞肉食時再撈醬油,手撕雞較乾身口感不俗,雞火腿用雞髀肉做,軟滑Juicy而雞肉味道非常清淡,雞肉醬油撈飯食味及配搭都算幾好idea。蔬菜串燒燒矮瓜椒鹽調味料清淡,食到矮瓜蔬果鮮味。翠玉瓜燒得夠熟,而且非常脆口,味道帶少少黑胡椒,e支班!雞髀菇煙煙韌韌有咬口。燒豆角算係高難度動作,燒得好有水準。甜粟米較為乾身咗啲,蔬菜串燒整體水準一流,好過好多日本串燒餐廳。餐廳裝修一般,枱面細小,屬於比較狹窄逼夾。筷子匙羹餐具及樓面都算清潔乾淨,店員服務態度可以。可惜餐廳大門損壞打開無法關閉,有啲似坐喺街邊食粉麵,粉麵撈埋啲西北風一齊享用,真係有啲食滯咗!餐店似乎喜歡支付寶

牛肋條銀針粉
