之前bookmark咗好耐嘅台灣餐廳今日終於有機會試到 價錢都係偏親民價 叫咗咁多樣$300都唔洗 好抵食!三寶牛肉麵 (台灣粗麵+溏心蛋)三寶分別係牛腱 牛筋同牛肋條 最鍾意係牛肋條食落比想像中軟腍 本身仲怕會好韌 粗麵嘅口感好q彈 紅燒湯底就非常濃郁 而且店舖標榜無味精 飲完個湯底都唔會覺得口渴紅燒半筋半肉湯飯(飯另上+溏心蛋)朋友叫嘅半筋半肉姐係牛腱同牛筋 牛腱幾有咬口 牛筋食落充滿骨膠原 兩碗嘅溏心蛋都夠哂入味滷蘭花乾蘭花乾姐係類似風琴豆腐 係面頭淋上酸酸甜甜嘅醬汁 幾開胃滷甜不辣呢度嘅甜不辣煙靭得嚟帶少少辣 好食!滷肉燙青菜生菜食落好爽口 配埋半肥瘦嘅滷肉同滷肉汁估唔到又幾夾荔枝烏龍茶好清嘅荔枝味無糖白桃烏龍白桃味突出得嚟又唔會搶咗烏龍茶嘅味
