To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 爸媽都非常鍾意食上海菜, 不過係香港食到正宗上海菜嘅食店並唔多, 香港老飯店係其中一間係香港開業多年都咁受歡迎嘅上海菜店。因為北角舊店非常近我地屋企, 所以我地以前經常去開餐, 就算近年香港店搬左去中環, 爸媽都仍然經常約我地去。今晚因為要等埋係尖沙咀攞證件嘅爸爸, 所以第一次約去尖沙咀嘅分店。我同媽媽兩個7點未夠已經到餐廳等細佬, 香港老飯店尖沙咀嘅店寶勒巷華寶大廈, 位置都幾方便, 餐廳裝修以木色為主, 一貫古式古香嘅風格, 而且地方都幾寬敞, 除左大堂之外仲設有多間包房。我地今日仲左點烤雙方, 小籠包呢d經典上海菜之外, 仲加左份店員推薦嘅蔥燒海參, 加埋媽媽最愛嘅黃魚同紅燒肉 , 三個人應該夠哂食。烤雙方 (火腿腐衣麵包)  $108香港老飯店嘅烤雙方小準非常高, 火腿味濃, 塗上香甜蜜汁, 加脆口腐衣, 口感同味道層次都好豐富。蟹粉小籠包 (四隻) $128每次去香港老飯店我地都會點蟹粉小籠包, 小籠包皮軟薄, 蟹粉豐腴, 入口多汁, 啖啖都食到蟹粉鮮味。蔥燒海參 $378我地第一次食呢個蔥燒海參, 海參同冬菇都非常厚身, 炆得超軟腍入味, 加上香蔥, 非常惹味。紅燒黃魚 $
