To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經常經過永年士多都冇試過 估唔到超好食😋大碗麵(集十寶榆其中)揀米線,豬腸、紅腸:好軟嫩的口感豬紅:像豆腐一樣的口感蘿蔔:完全冧哂沒有纖維好入口魚蛋:有陳皮嘅味道令魚蛋不再無聊豬皮:一個洞一個洞掛著湯汁魷魚:好脆並帶有魷魚的鹹香雞翼尖、雞翼:一入口馬上骨肉分離十分滑嫩車仔麵👇👇👇豬手:成隻豬手燜到好軟嫩單吃都好吃!魚皮餃:好大粒,肉都很多,好抵食冬菇:唔會太細粒,好有彈性吸滿湯汁咬下去好滿足!奶茶紅豆冰:估唔到唔會好甜,紅頭好軟綿加上港奶獨有的茶香,完美結合在一起。蠔油生菜:超級大份,生菜非常爽翠,那幫配上蠔油鹹鹹甜甜,忍不住一口接一口。淨酸齋:有啲酸酸好開胃嘅口感,配上其他餸都好搭呀。

魚蛋:有陳皮嘅味道令魚蛋不再無聊
豬皮:一個洞一個洞掛著湯汁
魷魚:好脆並帶有魷魚的鹹香
雞翼尖、雞翼:一入口馬上骨肉分離十分滑嫩

豬手:成隻豬手燜到好軟嫩單吃都好吃!
魚皮餃:好大粒,肉都很多,好抵食
冬菇:唔會太細粒,好有彈性吸滿湯汁咬下去好滿足!

奶茶紅豆冰:
估唔到唔會好甜,紅頭好軟綿加上港奶獨有的茶香,完美結合在一起。

蠔油生菜:
超級大份,生菜非常爽翠,那幫配上蠔油鹹鹹甜甜,忍不住一口接一口。

淨酸齋:
有啲酸酸好開胃嘅口感,配上其他餸都好搭呀。
