煎蠔餅都有段時間沒有吃蠔餅,見到有蠔餅忍不到想要試試,這間的是潮洲傳統的蠔餅類型,主打粒粒豐滿結實新鮮的蠔仔,大量在蛋餅之中,炸粉不是太多,所以小小脆,主要蛋香為主帶子炒西蘭花簡單好吃的小菜,帶子超多食極都仲有,而且肉質十分彈牙鮮甜,西蘭花亦都十分足料,份量差不多是整整一棵西蘭花,所以很大份量的一碟薑蔥鯇魚腩煲講到小菜,總少不了叫一個小煲,今次食的鯇魚腩算不錯,份量也是很多,小小炸過令味道和口感更好,薑葱亦都好像不用錢一樣,十分之多
