下班約了友人去尖沙咀聚餐,選了一間很出名的居酒屋。雖然是平日的晚上,也有不少人在這裏用餐,訂座的人頗多,建議預先訂座。甫坐下,店員端上兩杯熱茶,然後我們用QR code點食物。白桃乳酸梳打($38),白桃乳酸梳打沒有藥水味,白桃味足,香甜乳酸很適合配濃味串燒吃,可清清味蕾。梅子梳打($38),相較白桃乳酸梳打,我更喜歡梅子梳打。梅子味重,其果酸味比白桃更清新。黑松露溏心蛋($28),黑松露放在溏心蛋的蛋黃上,軟滑的蛋白,一咬下去,半熟的蛋黃流出,加上黑松露的香氣,非常誘人。煙肉荔枝卷($68),燒出肉香的煙肉包着香甜的荔枝肉,一口吃下,同時嚐到煙韌的煙肉和帶果甜多汁的荔枝。明太子醬燒玉子串($58),我們認為這個最好吃。玉子厚身,紥實豐厚的口感同時有軟彈之感,鹹香的明太子醬提升玉子蛋香。燒日本播磨蠔(3隻)($100),三款口味有雙色芝士、煙肉櫻花蝦、辣蒜。我們最喜歡的是雙色芝士,煙肉櫻花蝦的櫻花蝦量極多,而辣蒜激辛,嗜辣者可點這個。黑松露和牛炒飯($68),每口飯都有濃香的黑松露,和牛碎粒混和在飯粒中,配上一口乳酸梳打,微酸的刺激與香郁的黑松露炒飯配搭得宜。煙肉櫻花蝦炒飯($68),
