今日同朋友嚟到尖沙咀,搵到呢間openrice新開嘅火鍋店。日式木系裝潢,環境非常闊落,裝修又夠新淨,餐廳入面環境好大,超闊落,我哋被安排咗卡位,又幾舒服,火鍋配料就可以掃QR CODE點選~好高科技阿!泰式生蝦$78 生蝦爽口勁爽甜!配上泰式辣醬,味道酸酸甜甜,有點像在吃泰式鳳爪的果個醬汁。精選拼盤$118 用料新鮮,三文魚刺身係特別厚切,油甘魚刺身油脂豐富肥美重油脂,感覺平均,吞拿魚刺身夠新鮮,保留魚肉原味,是一盤高性價比的精選刺身拼盤。招牌花膠響螺雞金鍋 $188 呢個鍋好快上枱,半隻雞份量,感覺上好似食極都食唔完, 食落好有雞味,雞肉好嫩滑!入面有海量花膠A5熊本黑毛和牛西冷$128 雖然薄薄地,但肉質好靚,油脂分布平均,牛味很濃郁,入口即化。A5岩手黑毛和牛內腿肉 $58,新鮮爽滑,瘦的部分較多,好有咬口,味道香濃。手打蟹籽墨魚滑 $48,面頭有大量爽口嘅蟹籽,味道都唔錯,墨魚滑爽口彈牙。另外叫左火鍋配料:枝竹x $ 38&油麥菜$ 38&野生竹笙$ 58。枝竹同埋野生竹笙索哂D湯汁好好食!油麥菜爽口新鮮飲品叫左白桃乳酸梳打$39&零系可樂$18,白桃乳酸梳打不太甜,好清新~

價錢方便,醬油人頭費每位$20,加埋人均$400左右,計番高質嘅招牌花膠響螺雞金鍋同埋A5熊本黑毛和牛,再加埋咁多火鍋配料,其實價錢幾合理~下次有機會再黎食過先
