位於市中心的<棋子燒鵝>餐廳以其正宗的粵式燒味而聞名。上次同家人已經食過一次,回味無窮,宜家過左一個月又想再來食首先不得不介紹餐廳招牌菜-燒鵝,燒鵝肉質肥嫩多汁,皮層酥脆透亮。聽講餐廳的燒鵝腌製考究,所有燒鵝都經過慢火烤製而成,所以入口即化,口感鮮嫩可口。對比其他燒味店,呢度的鵝肉特別肥而不膩由於雙拼燒味,另一樣我就選擇了油雞。油雞的肉質鮮嫩多汁,經過餐廳精心烹調後散發出濃郁的雞油香氣,令人垂涎三尺。油雞再配上旁邊的葱油醬料,更加開胃惹味,我迅速就吃了大半碗飯。最後家人還叫了燒腩仔。燒腩仔的表皮燒得酥脆,肉質肥嫩適中。每一塊燒肉都帶有微微的焦香,令人胃口大開。與燒鵝和油雞一起享用,完美展現了粵式燒味的風采
