Restaurant: Little Fish (Kam Ma Building)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Weekend Lunch烤魚與朋友選擇了肉質肥美的江團魚,充滿骨膠原,魚肉厚身,啖啖肉,而且不會有太多魚骨。湯底選擇了老壇酸菜豆花,辣度選擇了小辣小麻,酸麻帶辣,很過癮,味道濃郁,充滿辛香味,但不會蓋過魚的味道。四角都有滑捋捋豆花,吸收湯底後更美味。除了魚肉外,還有爽口的芽菜、芫荽及入味煙韌的寬薯粉。職員很貼心,會不時主動加湯👏🏻👏🏻火鍋配料選擇了炸響鈴 ($48)及新鮮翠綠的油麥菜 ($38),兩者吸收湯底後,很不錯。七喜 $20
