餐牌上食物種類繁多,睇到眼花繚亂之際,聽到隔離檯問有無得揀檬粉,侍應話呢度主打係新加坡菜,而唔係越南或者泰國菜,答案呼之欲出,之後仲望到牆紙係金沙,不過相信無咩人會好似我咁奇芭好掛住新加坡🥹▪️ 新加坡魚蛋喇沙(7/10)💲68湯底係以辣味為主,唔知點解有少少似咖喱咁,個人會鍾意椰漿味再突出啲🤣有魚蛋、魚片、豆卜、半熟蛋,麵底係油麵,唔會話煮到好軟,亦都掛到下湯🍜▪️ 新加坡海南雞飯套餐(7/10)💲88呢個價錢有套餐幾抵食🤑雞肉嫩滑,味道偏淡,始終都要配返海南雞醬同甜老抽🐔雞油飯比較濕黏,如果乾身同香濃啲就更好🍚個湯反而幾清,唔會話好味精感😌▪️ 黑松露香煎鮑魚(7.5/10)💲140上檯已經聞到勁香,四隻鮑魚切左粒,口感彈牙,但係完全唔會韌身,加上左牛油同埋黑松露,好重菇菌味😛▪️ 芒果沙冰(7/10)💲39面頭既幾幼滑,底下既又會保留啲碎冰,係一百分芒果糖既味道,夏天飲沙冰幾清爽🥭🔎 整體評分(7/10)
