箍牙後,好耐都冇食咖哩,趁去睇牙醫前,我就捉左男朋友陪我食印度野!睇OpenRice 揀左呢間尖沙咀Tagline餐廳,餐廳裝修典雅,座位唔多,最好book位先再去食,野食價錢都唔算太貴。一入座,店員會俾芝麻脆脆餅填下肚先之後再點菜>Lamb Rogan Josh印度香料羊肉咖喱:比較少食羊肉咖哩,肉質結實鮮嫩,略嫌羊肉少左d,咖哩味道濃郁,唔太辣,用黎點住Naan食簡直係perfect match!>Truffle Cheese Naan黑松露芝士烤餅:絕對係必點,好少見到有黑松露Naan,配埋芝士既鹹香,將味道提升左一個層次,呢款芝士冇得拉芝,好似唔太岩打卡,係實力派菜式。>Shish Touk香烤雞肉串:侍應會等大家打完卡後,再幫手將雞肉串拆件,每塊雞肉都有大半個拳頭咁大,燒完之後,外脆內軟,好juicy。(不過黃椒+部分雞肉烤到有d焦,呢度有扣分位)>Mango Lassi芒果拉西:應該係用左新鮮芒果打成,又冇落好多糖漿,所以唔太甜,解渴一流。見到佢仲有Rose Lassi,決定下次再戰
