尖沙咀金巴利街有「小韓國」之稱,最近呢條街又多一間新韓國餐廳進駐。今次去呢間新餐廳冇韓燒、醬油蟹或石鍋飯食,因為餐廳主要係提供粥品、烏冬同埋餃子呢三類食物。兩個女仔去食,三種食物裡面每樣揀一款試吓,份量啱啱好👍🏻▫️人參雞粥 (HKD108) - 話晒餐廳主打係韓粥,餐牌上粥品選擇最多一啲都唔出奇。呢間餐廳出品嘅粥原來係大有來頭,韓國老闆用上水稻米來煮粥,原因係老闆覺得用呢款米煮出來嘅粥特別甜。老闆仲因為對水稻米質素有要求而係韓國買咗一塊田嚟種米。用水稻米煮出嚟嘅粥比較稠身,加埋粥上面嘅麻油,非常醒胃。▫️釜山魚糕烏冬 (HKD78) - 人氣菜式,我見幾乎每一枱都有叫😂烏冬用金色嘅鐵鍋裝住,用對鐵快子將烏冬卷起,加埋嗰一串魚糕,非常IG-able🤣🤣🤣▫️濟州黑豚肉餃子(HKD72) - 每一款餃子都可以選擇蒸或煎。我哋怕煎餃子熱氣所以就試吓蒸餃子。一份餃子有5隻,每隻餃子都幾大隻喎,皮薄餡多,味道清清淡淡咁用來送粥食都唔錯呢。想為餃子多添味道嘅話可以點啲自家製餃子汁先食。HANA Korean Restaurant 原來跟OPPA Coffee Bar Restaurant及韓國fine

HANA Korean Restaurant 原來跟OPPA Coffee Bar Restaurant及韓國fine dining OOULI 係同一個老闆開設嘅。呢兩間餐廳我之前都去過,各有各嘅特色,想食韓式粥品/烏冬以外韓式食物嘅話可以諗諗💭喎
