放工又周圍搵嘢食,見到呢間喺尖山林道嘅樓上日式居酒屋🏮舖頭裝修氛圍都好有日本feel,好似置身於日本小店,中間係吧枱位置可以望到師傅整串燒🍢🍡呢度係用正宗炭爐,即叫即燒,食物好有炭香味😌欣賞抽風系統做得好,唔會好大浸油煙味👍🏻🏮燒海鮮燒蠔、燒白子、炭燒魷魚鬚、紫蘇墨魚卷海鮮好新鮮,輕輕燒過生蠔仍然保持鮮味,燒過嘅白子軟綿綿入口好綿滑,魷魚鬚燒得均勻,唔會有過熟嘅情況😬墨魚卷爽彈好味道🏮串燒(雞)雞皮、雞尾、雞軟骨、雞頸肉、免治雞肉棒最推介係燒雞皮,燒完好香脆入口唔算太油😚雞頸肉較為特別,好少機會接觸,有少少平時雞肉嘅口感但比較爽口😆免治雞肉調味唔錯,加埋蛋黃及醬油好滋味🏮串燒(牛)汁燒牛腸、牛舌第一次食牛腸幾特別🤣質感少少似豬腸,但係冇咁肥,牛脷好爽口燒得啱啱好,唔會太韌🏮明太子茶漬飯明太子鹹鹹香香加上高湯配飯☺️好暖胃啱晒冬天食
