身邊仲係有幾個鍾意食日本嘢嘅朋友,今次我就去到尖沙咀嘅「嵐橋日本料理」,餐廳設有第二層,私隱度十足仲可以見到師傅即席烹調刺身拼盤,觀賞性十足架。刺身石坦貝比較少見嘅季節限定貝類,所以供應都唔多,口感會爽口甘甜。太刀魚面頭經過炙燒,入面嘅魚肉口感一絲一絲,魚鮨味好香濃。牡丹蝦晶凝通透嘅蝦身,爽口又唔粘口。壽司我就一次過試咗帆立貝壽司和油甘腩壽司。帆立貝有光澤又半透明,入口甘甜。而油甘腩肉質就比較細緻又入口即溶。串燒類就推介牛舌、豚肉蘆筍片和焦糖菠蘿。主食類不妨可以試吓鯛魚湯烏冬和汁煮油甘魚鮫。其中油甘魚餃夠嫩滑多汁,值得一試。嵐橋日本料理 (尖沙咀)尖沙咀白蘭軒道2號富峰行M樓及1樓

比較少見嘅季節限定貝類,所以供應都唔多,口感會爽口甘甜。


太刀魚
面頭經過炙燒,入面嘅魚肉口感一絲一絲,魚鮨味好香濃。


牡丹蝦
晶凝通透嘅蝦身,爽口又唔粘口。


壽司
我就一次過試咗帆立貝壽司和油甘腩壽司。帆立貝有光澤又半透明,入口甘甜。而油甘腩肉質就比較細緻又入口即溶。


串燒類就推介牛舌、豚肉蘆筍片和焦糖菠蘿。


主食類不妨可以試吓鯛魚湯烏冬和汁煮油甘魚鮫。其中油甘魚餃夠嫩滑多汁,值得一試。
