To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

首先上食物前都會送一碟麵包 味道就不過不失👍🏻1. 法國藍青口伴白酒忌廉汁、蒜蓉多士 $158一送上黎見到份量都大碟 青口食落好juice好鮮味😎 同平時一般食開嘅唔同 佢比較淋身，每口有淡淡嘅忌廉汁味😆2. 烤燒大啡菇、焗釀鮑魚、北海道帶子、虎蝦意大利飯伴龍蝦汁 $258食物送上黎擺盤非常之靚 第一次見意大利飯放係大啡菇上面😝 大啡菇咬落多汁，海鮮非常新鮮，意大利飯中有甜椒，配埋大啡菇一齊食令成個感覺好fresh，中和左左重嘅芝士味，值得一試👍🏻3. 紅酒慢燴澳洲穀飼牛面肉意大利麵 $288牛面肉肉質非常淋，有好重嘅牛味🥸 但個人覺得份量可以再大少少，因為價錢黎講都唔算平🫣
