係尖沙咀有間專食和牛嘅日式餐廳,佢哋仲有證書表明採用嘅係日本牛匠岩手牛,每月少量生產及輸出,所以極為罕有😎 店內主要堤供鍋物,燒肉同唔同以牛肉為主嘅主食。當中人氣之選必定係和牛三文治,見到即刻好掛住日本嘅味道,今次係止住癮先🤤-海膽和牛帶子燒 ($368) 帶粉嫩嘅和牛卷住帶子刺身,上面仲要鋪住海膽,選用嘅食材真係唔惹少🤩 牛肉嫩口,帶子鮮甜厚身,但當三樣嘢夾埋一齊食,味道方面唔算好match好融洽,都係食返各自嘅味道。分開食反而更顯每樣嘅特性,但一啖食係滿足嘅~*海膽和牛紫葉Taco ($328) 和牛碎配上海膽與三文魚籽,底層用上紫蘇葉,炸紫菜承托。口感上做得唔錯,紫蘇葉減低左和牛本身嘅油膩感。*A5和牛三文治 ($398) 麵包烘得金黃酥脆,夾住三成熟左右嘅吉列和牛,外脆內嫩,由於肉質細嫩,所以好輕易就咬得開🥰 *食肉者($588) 嚟到依到就當然要試埋呢到嘅燒肉!依個和牛拼盤包含左牛舌,三角腩,牛西冷 及 牛肩胛。附上wasabi,岩鹽,芝麻汁去點牛肉~ 就咁燒更能突顯牛肉嘅本身鮮味🤩 牛舌爽彈,西冷肉味濃啲,肩胛位偏軟淋,而三角腩位近乎爆脂咁濟,油脂感好重,勁邪惡!*Wagy

Wagyuya Don ($498) 依個真係重量級丼飯,將所有高級食材放係同一個飯到,包括和牛,海膽,鵝肝,吞拿魚蓉,三文魚籽 以及 左口魚群邊。感覺每一啖都係奢華😂 但會建議2-3 share,皆因以上嘅配料偏重油膩感,由其係鵝肝同燒過嘅左口魚,油份較重,可惜位係碗飯入面冇乜配料可以balance 返,所以整體感覺幾heavy🤭
