發現好耐都冇食鐵板燒,於是乎就搵左一間位於尖沙咀海防道嘅樓上鐵板燒。晚市有4款套餐,心想乜都試吓嘅我就散叫左幾款。特色沙律首先就叫埋碗沙律清下腸胃,有火龍果和車厘茄,清新又開胃。活鮑魚仔廚師會展示新鮮嘅鮑魚,見到識郁勁生猛。先連殼煮一陣再去除內臟就食得得,淋上黑松露醬和三文魚子,口感夠彈牙。瀨尿蝦瀨尿蝦就原隻香煎,切開可以見到好多蝦膏。加拿大銀雪魚銀雪魚先煎香魚皮,然後待熱力滲入魚肉煮熟就食得。魚皮夠香脆,魚肉就熟度剛好。日本和牛薄燒薄薄嘅和牛片輕輕烤一下,再加入香蔥和炸蒜就食得,入口即溶。最後當然唔少得鐵板炒飯,粒粒金黃又有鑊氣。另外想食啲蔬菜就叫咗大啡菇,再加埋個開心果雪糕就一流。灜鐵板燒 (尖沙咀)尖沙咀海防道38-40號中達大廈7樓

活鮑魚仔

加拿大銀雪魚
銀雪魚先煎香魚皮,然後待熱力滲入魚肉煮熟就食得。魚皮夠香脆,魚肉就熟度剛好。


日本和牛薄燒
薄薄嘅和牛片輕輕烤一下,再加入香蔥和炸蒜就食得,入口即溶。


最後當然唔少得鐵板炒飯,粒粒金黃又有鑊氣。另外想食啲蔬菜就叫咗大啡菇,再加埋個開心果雪糕就一流。
