今晚去咗灜食鐵板燒,食到尾聲隔離枱有客人食煙..好臭..我地即刻同個員工講..但佢只係即刻衝返廚房,我地仲以為佢係諗緊方法解決!我哋等咗一陣,真係頂唔順二手煙,於是我就入廚房叫埋單。點知見到個職員竟然喺度撳電話..完全冇諗著處理隔離枱食煙影響到其他客人。埋單人均要HKD1300, 但係比咁既質素同服務,好似唔成正比,加上d野食方面比較鹹同油.. 唯一合格係個煎魚..所以如果大家要試伏,最好有定心理準備。 continue reading

今次去到尖沙咀海防道食鐵板燒,望住廚師煮出精緻嘅料理,真係大愛丫。今次呢間鐵板燒嘅裝修好靚,日本風格,佢嘅牆身用咗投影器投影返日本嘅街景出嚟,令人有置身係日本嘅感覺。⚜️鐵板蒸蛋本身冇放任何調味料,上面用咗黑魚子點綴,加上咗鵝肝,將鮮味帶到蛋上面,而且蒸到啱啱好,超級滑。⚜️甘鯛嚟到已經成個藝術品,師傅用咗海苔去點綴碟邊。成個魚非常香滑,用油炸香左個魚皮,成個魚嘅口感非常嫩滑。⚜️大海虎蝦食材很新鮮,蝦肉彈牙•,精華在於自家製鹹蛋黃醬,鹹度適中,蛋黃醬的沙感很正,而且蛋黃醬給很多。⚜️日本和牛薄燒和牛充滿著油香番,裏面包著蔥花和炸蒜粒,味道更為豐富,入口即溶。⚜️活鮑魚仔師傅將鮑魚仔切開,一啖一舊方便食用,鮑魚好嫩口,配上三文魚子,食落鮮味更加多。⚜️鐵板炒飯炒飯炒得好香,而且都係比較乾身粒粒分明,好有咬口,上面用咗櫻花蝦點綴。⚜️大啡菇大啡菇真係必吃,佢真係好juicy,普通調味吓都已經好好味。⚜️開心果雪糕呢個雪糕嘅口味真係我嘅最愛,香濃嘅開心果味道,配上開心果碎碎,令人回味無窮。 continue reading

尖沙咀高性價比鐵板燒餐廳 — 灜鐵板燒今次去咗尖沙咀嘅「瀛」鐵板燒 ,地點好方便喺尖沙咀A出口海港城附近,環境好闊落,設有吧枱位置,可以睇住師傅嘅手勢~🥚黑魚子鵝肝茶碗蒸師傅會喺我哋前面煎香鵝肝,再於席前蒸煮個蒸蛋,蒸蛋好嫩滑,加上黑魚籽同鵝肝,咸香十足😋 而且帶有鵝肝嘅油香,好食!🥗沙律菜有秋葵、車厘茄、火龍果同其他新鮮蔬菜,用醋汁調味,酸酸地好開胃🦐沙巴野生大海虎蝦非常新鮮,肉質鮮嫩多汁,加上牛油醬汁的調味更加美味。煎熟後,可以連頭一齊食,蝦肉口感好爽口彈牙!🐚黑松露鮑魚係佢地嘅另一道招牌菜。鮑魚的口感彈牙,搭配三文魚籽和黑松露醬非常正🤤師傅會喺鐵板上烹調鮑魚,鮑魚保持著軟心狀態,但外層就彈牙十足,配上香濃的黑松露醬,令人好滿足!🐮佐賀和牛薄燒和牛和牛肉香氣四溢,入口即溶。加上炸蒜粒包咗喺和牛裏面,口感豐富!🍚灜の炒飯飯粒炒至乾身,粒粒分明,加入左香蔥、小蝦米同雞蛋等,最特別嘅係,佢哋喺炒飯入邊加入咗沙律醬,令成個味道更加豐富!🥬炒野菜炒野菜有好多爽口嘅芽菜~食完晒所有嘢之後,店員會奉上味噌湯同埋甜品俾我哋,甜品係開心果雪糕🍦奶味較重,而且都食到開心果粒地址:灜鐵板燒尖沙咀海防道38-40號中達大廈7樓。 continue reading
