呢日下晝嚟咗尖沙咀嘅樓上舖食個港式火鍋餐廳以懷舊香港為主題☺️ 淨係門面嘅霓虹燈招牌已經貼晒題啦餐廳有多個打卡位好似行咗入時光隧道咁啊📻招牌無骨鳳翼釀雞煲呢個雞煲真係食得好方便✌🏻 一嚟到店員會喺面前幫手兜一兜啲雞唔駛驚黐底跟住食雞嘅時候係啖啖肉㗎唔駛吮骨無骨雞翼入面釀咗手打墨魚滑非常彈牙🦑 雞翼外皮仲輕輕煎香咗叫咗小辣都好惹味🌶 食到花椒八角嘅香味龍鳳呈祥牛肉拼盤呢個拼盤有多款牛肉嘅部位🐮 包括牛舌片手切牛肉牛胸油牛柏葉牛肉粒同雪花肥牛每款牛肉都有唔同程度嘅牛肉香味😛 我就最鍾意牛胸油唔係度度可以食到雖然係肥美咗少少但牛味真係好正即制回味五香肉丁餃呢個餃子嘅餡料辣辣地非常過癮🥟 餃子外皮比較煙韌食落有口感都係個幾特別嘅菜式龍鳳呈祥手打鮮蝦丸蝦丸入面仲見到有蝦肉㗎🦐 唔代表食落口嘅口感唔一致而係非常真材實料🥰 用料新鮮蝦肉彈牙龍鳳呈祥豐盛雜菜拼盤呢個菜盤真係超多款菜🥬 有油麥菜唐生菜娃娃菜粟米番茄白蘿蔔金菇木耳蓮藕本身以為咁大個陶瓷杯得一半裝咗菜諗唔到啲菜係去到底真係超級豐盛🤣生啤餐廳有好多款啤酒選擇我哋就揀咗藍妹打邊
