師傅會先煎香牛脂再落牛,我哋有厚切和牛,亦都有薄薄嘅和牛卷😗
厚身少少嘅和牛煎到五成熟,口感滑而且油香四溢,不過如果齋食就會有啲油膩,配上Wasabi或者乾昆布會好啲🥹
另外和牛卷裏面包住炒到香噴噴嘅蔥花同埋蒜粒,惹味得嚟冇咁油膩🥰

師傅加咗四川辣粉、酸菜同芝麻去炒,幾夠鑊氣,而且加咗脆卜卜嘅牛脂,口感幾豐富,不過略嫌辣味有少少搶咗飯嘅味道,如果可以再balance啲就好啦🫶🏻

餐廳另外設有包間,一張吧枱最多可以坐到八個人,可以一路睇住師傅煮嘢,一路同師傅傾偈,師傅都幾talkative🤣
裝修幾雅緻,服務都幾貼心,食物質素唔錯而且cp值幾高,不過美中不足嘅係上菜速度可以再快多少少😚
