好耐都冇同呢個朋友撐枱腳,今日就約咗佢試吓新發現嘅餐廳😌就係尖沙咀瑞生酒店,地點都好方便就係喺The One斜對面🤭無花果帕馬火腿沙律配巴馬臣芝士、松子仁及黑醋橄欖油汁🫒🥗店員話因為最近無花果唔係咁靚所以就換咗哈密瓜,睇得出餐廳出品唔係求求其其😌沙律菜好新鮮, Parma Ham配哈密瓜其實係最夾嘅配搭😋吞拿魚牛油果泡沫他他配自製羅勒油🥑🐟朋友唔食生嘢,所以呢個係私心自己嗌🤭牛油果泡沫配吞拿魚可以令魚更清新更香😋和風醬油大蝦煙肉扁意粉🦐🍝睇落個意粉好似冇乜色以為會好淡味,點知食落真係有🤩調味剛剛好👍🏻意粉吸晒和風醬油嘅味道,蝦夠大隻爽彈,而餐廳都好細心開咗背去蝦線,值得一讚👍🏻👍🏻香煎牛封門柳🥩🐃封門柳避開了有筋的部位👍🏻一啖咬落完全食唔到筋,而且落的夠鹽帶起了濃郁牛味🤤🤤Chimichurri醬來自阿根廷亦可叫做阿根廷青醬,在南美洲常用作配搭肉類,可以平衡油脂的油膩感而且帶點清爽香氣😌餐廳的確在菜式上花了不少心思👍🏻我地叫左兩杯Cocktail換下酒杯底傾下計🍸🍹Pearadise🍸呢杯cocktail既概念係冰糖燉雪梨,朋友話飲落甜得黎真係好清爽,而且酒味唔算好重😋👍🏻Milk,
